World's Top 10 fastest 4-Door sedans in 2012






10- 2012 Audi S7: $70,000 . The the second to last  fastest sedan in the world is the Audi S8. It's powered by 4.0L Biturbo V8 producing 414 HP / 406 LB-FT. it has a top speed of 155 mph does 0-6 in just 4.6 seconds.



9- 2012 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG: $58,930. The eightht fastest sedan in the world is the Mercedes C63AMG. It powered by a 6.2L V-8 producing  550 hp @ 6,500 rpm; it has a top speed of 155 mph does 0-60 in just 4.4 seconds.



 8- 2012 Audi S8: $100,000 +. The eightht fastest sedan in the world is the Audi S8. It powered by a 4.0 V-8 producing 520 HP / 479 LB-FT; it has a top speed of 155 mph does 0-60 in just 4.2 seconds.



7- 2012 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S: $139,100. The Maserati QuatroporteGT S is powered by 4.7 L V8 which pushes 433 @ 7,100 rpm, does 0-60 in just 4.9 seconds and has a top speed of 177 miles per hour. This makes it the seventh fastest sedan in the world.

That makes it the fifth fastest luxury sedan on our list of the ten fastest luxury sedans.

It has 550 hp @ 6,000 rpm, does 0-60 mph: 3.6, It can reach speeds up to 190 miles per hour and has a fuel Consumption of (Highway) 23 mpg  making it the number four fastest sedan.

Despite these impressive performance numbers, the car will deliver an estimated fuel economy of 28.5 mpg. That reason alone makes it number one on the list of the fastest luxury sedans in the world. After all, shouldn’t the fastest one be number one?
